Property Maintenance Services
Property maintenance is new to our scope of items. Having operated a holiday rental property, we recognise the need for a property that is in top shape and well maintained. We will not do major constuctions, major plumming or electrical, but will do all other maintenance items. Some of these items are:
- leaking tap washers,
- adjusting doors,
- replacing door locks,
- repairs to walls and painting,
- installing floating floors,
- installing cafe blinds, and
- all garden maintenance and rubbish removal.
